ABDB Too Strong For LLRC FT

Bandar Seri Begawan - Top spot in the DST Super League changed hands again last night after MS ABDB produced a convincing performance against a lacklustre LLRC FT, romping to a 4-0 victory at the Berakas Sports Complex.

PVT Md Bahrin bin Hamidon took just 11 minutes to find the back of the net, before Pvt Affendy bin Hj Akup doubled MS ABDB's advantage 14 minutes later.

PVT Budiman bin Jumat took his tally to three for the season in the 56th minute, with PVT Abdul Azizi bin Ali adding insult to injury with the fourth goal of the match in the 73rd minute.

The result meant MS ABDB maintained their 100% start to the season, and are currently perched at the top of the table on nine points, knocking Majra United FC, who had gone to the summit the night before, back into second.

Third-placed Indera SC will have the chance to stir things up further at the top when they play Jerudong FC tonight at the Berakas Sports Complex. Kick-off is at 9pm.
