LIANG Lumut Recreational Club Football Team (LLRC FT) skipper Mohd Bahrin Hj Sahari has called on his team-mates to claim a victory over Wijaya FC tonight after a series of disappointing defeats.

LLRC's poor form continued on Friday night when they were out-classed by a dominant QAF FC side who ran out 2-0 winners.

LLRC skipper Mohd Bahrin promised that he will go all out and claim all three points for the Belait-based team tonight at 8.15 pm at Hassanal Bolkiah National Stadium in Berakas.

"It is a must win game for us," said Mohd Bahrin in an interview with the Brunei Times last night.

"We lost the previous three games and another defeat will not going to help us in the league this season. So I hope that all players will work hard to get the three points tomorrow.

"Most of our players could not make it to the training session due to personal commitments and work this season and it left our coach Hj Affendi Hj Julaihi with a headache on who to start for the game.

"For example, the back-four (defenders) have been rotated in the past three games due to unavailability of players. However, this is not an excuse to lose the game tomorrow," said the skipper.

Meanwhile, Najip and Indera will battle at the Balapan Track and Field at the Hassanal Bolkiah National Sports Complex in Berakas tomorrow.

QAF will go up against Jerudong on Sunday, and the battle at the top of the table will heat up when Royal Brunei Armed Forces Sports Council (MS ABDB) and Majra go head-to-head on Monday.

The gameweek will end with a match between Kilanas and Royal Brunei Armed Forces Sports Council (MS PDB) on Wednesday.

MS PDB's Rosmini Hj Abd Kahar is tied with Indera's Md Azwan Ali Rahman and Jerudong's Muhd Abu Bakar Mahari as the league's joint top-scorers, with six goals each.
