They won the league for the third time in a row after their 0-0 draw with Indera SC.
The army men end the season on 50 points, four point ahead of Kota Ranger FC - who play MS PDB in the last game of the 11-team league.
Indera SC finish the season third with 44 points.
Major General (Rtd) Dato Paduka Seri Awang Haji Aminuddin Ihsan bin Pehin Orang Kaya Saiful Mulok Dato Seri Paduka Haji Abidin, Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports was the guest of honour at the game and presented the trophies, medals and mock cheques to the winners.
