NAJIP FC started their season with a 4-1 win over Kilanas FC at the Tutong Sports Complex to move to the top of the table last night.

The second game of the season, the DST Super League kicked off on Wednesday with the Royal Brunei Police Force Sports Council (MS PDB) beating IKLS FC 1-0 thanks to a second half goal from Hj Khairil Roisanykhan Hj Isakhan.

Najip, who finished fourth last season, have brought in Mushready Chuchu from QAF FC as well as brothers Md Amirul Zafrey and Md Amirul Hamrey @ Mohammad Saiful Azizi Md Norshaney from Liang Lumut Recreational Club Football Team (LLRC FT) to replace Md Aminuddin Zakwan Tahir and defender Hanif Hamir who moved to DPMM FC and Tabuan Under-18 (national Under-18 team) respectively.

Tomorrow’s game between two-time defending champions Indera SC and two-time runners-up Royal Brunei Armed Forces Sports Council (MS ABDB) has been postponed.

Tonight’s sole game will see BESA FC face Kota Ranger FC in DST Premier League action.
