MS ABDB GO FIVE POINTS CLEAR AT THE TOP

TWO-time defending champions MS ABDB (Royal Brunei Armed Forces Sports Council) opened up a five-point lead at the top of the DST Super League after a 4-0 victory over Najip I-Team last night.

They are now on 30 points from 11 matches followed by Kota Ranger, who have two games in hand.

SLD Md Fadhli Hj Awg Salleh opened the scoring in the 13th minute before SLD Abd Azizi Ali Rahman doubled their advantage eight minutes later.

A quick double within a minute in the second half by SLD Md Fadhli and SLD Affendy Hj Akup completed the win for the Armymen at the Berakas Sports Complex.

Over at the Tutong Sports Complex, Wijaya FC left it till late to snatch all three points against MS PDB (Royal Brunei Police Force Sports Council).

Md fakhrol Tamami Hj Sahari gave MS PBDB The perfect start after finding the back of the net in the sixth minute.

Wijaya went in front after a double by Pg Anaqi Sfi Pg Hj Omar Baki in the 20th and 32nd minutes.

Ak Md Amiruddin Pg Jamaluddin levelled nine minutes into the second half but Wijaya would take maximum points from the encounter after Muhd Hasyrul Wafiy Hj Hassan netted four minutes from time.
